Problems in our world exist for two reasons — because of the person who creates the problem and because of the person who allows it to happen. We always blame the perpetrator, but rarely if ever do we take a look at the victim.
The people who are closest to a problem (and who eventually become directly affected by it) usually have an opportunity to change course, or direction, at a seed level. However, if the opportunity is not taken before the damage begins those who had the power and position to change things end up becoming perpetrators of their own suffering.
Today, when you sense a problem whose direction you can alter, deal with it now — instead of later. That's taking responsibility!
